  1. Looks like you're off to a good start.
Core work is good for you! You should be doing it three times a week.

  2. Yep, looks like a good week Scott. So next week's 116 - are you going to hold at any particular mileage for a while or will you just keep building until you hit xxx kms per week?

Yep, core work is the business, but don't overdo it or you may end up looking like Zuzana - http://youtu.be/sEw99tlwwQU

  3. Thanks for the Zuzana link, gave me a chance to explain to my wife why I was looking at her stroll around her house!

As for the mileage, I'll play it by my ability to handle it but looking to build to a 180~90K week and hold it as long as I can around 160K and bring it down in October. Anyway nothing under 100k until the week before the race.

  4. Scott just a thought! run your recoverer runs slower!
    this is really important!
Take the Garmin-watch off and just relax1
    Recovery is all important!!!
    Train HARD on hard days!
    And relax on easy days!!!
Your body needs time to recover and over compensate so you you are stronger next time around!
