A running blog, of sorts

Bugger that Rick - 7 days a week is the only way to go! Mona's on 7 days a week and he's pushin' 50 ;-)Looks like it's coming along OK Scott. An easy 25-30 minute jog on the days you feel dead tired is often better than a day off - keeps the blood circulating and muscles ticking over.
Don't listen to Ewen, a day off each week is good! That guy who is pushing 50 is also pushing injury.You don't have to run 25 minutes to keep your blood circulating!I would like to know what pace you are doing these runs at.
