A running blog, of sorts
i was thinking about making a clip for my own blog, but with my accent i'd probably need to insert sub-titles)) good you and your training are going well.. hopethe taper period goes smoothly
Good teeth, good legs, good hindquarters — I'll back this horse for a good run!
Sounds good Scott. Sportsbet is only paying $1.03 for a sub 2:40 so you're more of a sure thing than Black Caviar. Only thing in your way will be a stop for a train crossing at 40k.P.S. Don't smile at babies. You remind me of Brian Wenn's latest ad - sadly it's not on youtube. Here's an old one: http://youtu.be/TN8qq-CVMz0
Nice to hear from you again. My training has gone really well; I had a great 20 miler (32k) this weekend, best run I've had in a long time. Fast finish, negative split, felt good. I have had 2 or 3 bad colds, and I got sick today again, so I hope to get healthy soon. If things go well, I should PR (sub 3:50 is my goal). Adam
What's with the growl at the end? Nice clock in the background. My wife would approve.
Dude, I hear vibrations at the end of your video!Lets hope as the Beach Boys sang many years ago that they are 'Good Vibrations@!Hell scotty boy you can do it [sub 2.45] it's your reality so make it happen :0]Believe!
