SAIYAMA POND

I'm uploading three videos taken Oct 10th. One of my favorite running course, one of me running there and another taken of a small festival I saw while there today. I made a mistake in the comentary in the first vid. I said I was doing a "42k" week when I meant to say 142K week. Anyway things are all good, just hope I can "keep on keeping on!"

  1. I love the video's it takes your blog site to the next level, 'neat stuff'.
To get a better idea of your running form I think you need to get someone to film you running as they ride a bike alongside you, you could then run at increasing paces.

  2. Looks like a great place to run - surprising that it's so quite for such a great amenity.

  3. I agree with Grellan, I am amazed that there are so few people. The videos are great Scott. Keep them coming.

  4. Well, they're not that great Rob - the camera technique could use a little work ;)

The pond looks like a great spot for time trials and such - like a mini LBG! For a sprinter Scott, you make a great marathoner!

Good start to the marathon program, and what's a 100k between friends. I can see why you run so much - Casey's smile scares you out of the house.

  5. Was that flash really you running?

Gee after 142K I don't think I'd be upto that sort of pace. Then again for the cameras maybe I could muster it.

Thanks for the donation. Much appreciated.
