A running blog, of sorts
Looks a beautiful day - we're getting the same down here now. Say g'day to Mark - tell him to keep racing in those cotton T-shirts (a unique look in Japan I bet).I reckon you're in a good place to run well at 10k, coming off that marathon base training. Disregarding the training for a bit, pacing will get you there - not racing out with the speedier masters blokes. Hit 1k in 3:40 (rather than 3:20) and you'll be fine.
