A running blog, of sorts
Glad you mentioned that Seb didn't run marathons. His 80-100k during winter training was pretty light for that era. Ovett ran more, as did Steve Scott (150+).I'm sure the strength training will help. Speedygeoff swears by it but he'll be the first to tell you to expect ordinary running results while doing it. When you back off though... ! So cut the strength work the week of your 10k. I want to see that 35 minute race!
Sounds interesting. Good luck with the strenght work. I am doing a bit myself at the moment although it is not the most exciting activity around.
