Why I Run (The philosophy of running).

  1. I like the idea of reincarnation Scott.
Maybe its abit like the film Ground Hog Day?
Where we come back each time as the same person, but with a new chance to improve on ourselves!
I kind of think that consciousness comes not from within our minds, but that our minds are receivers for a universal consciousness to experience individual experience!
whatever as you say all we has is NOW! yet most of us live in the past or dream of the future!
Running for me makes me feel more alive than at any over time of my life, that is for sure!

  3. I don't want to overdo the compliments here but ... well done mate. Running can become far to complicated if we let it. Perhaps over thinking or even thinking at all defeats the purpose when out running in the middle of nowhere. You video helped a lot on Sunday.

  5. Thanks Scott. That might explain why my siblings and mum are religious and I'm a runner.
