A running blog, of sorts
Seems a reasonable plan. Good luck.
Over 100k a week without beating yourself up sounds good.
That's a great start Scott. Remember that during this phase Lydiard reckoned you should complete every run "pleasantly tired". Love that phrase. Would work well in the bedroom too but I digress. Keep these reports coming. I'll be keen to see how you tackle phase 3: Sharpening. Thanks for the encouraging comment on my last post. I kind of needed it then.
Good plan Scott. I'm a big fan of the slow and steady low HR build up - worked well for me with Hadd training and these days, MAF (Mark Allen plan).I'm liking the Jackie Howe singlet - reckon you should wear that at Kobe and dazzle the locals.P.S. sound levels were a bit low on that vid.
