Summer Update

No real running as I've been away on holiday for the last couple of weeks but now ready for the serious work of training for the Osaka marathon.


  1. Camping's a sure way to keep the weight down. Especially if you're doing the cooking.

    Looking forward to seeing how the first week goes Scott. Good to hear that avoiding rest days is helping the achilles.

  2. Being lighter should help with your injuries, hope everything goes well for you Scott.
