A running blog, of sorts
nice report. I'm jealous. It really did look like a beautiful course. I've run most of the 2nd half on my training runs; almost all of my training since August has been along the Kamo river. Of course, when you run 4 hour marathons, you have a lot more time to enjoy the scenery. I hope you recover. I probably won't be checking in as often since we leave Japan this summer.
i know you didn't get what you wanted but all things considered it's still a very good outing on what sounds like a tough course. hope you can get on top of the niggles. am sure you'll hit your target when you are fully fit.
Sounds like a tough course Scott.Rest up well and come back fighting fit.Full recover after each marathon is really a key point!Nice vid report.
What doesn't kill you will only make you stronger! Yes, look out for your health and look out for doors, as well. Here's to running a good fall marathon!
