A running blog, of sorts
Looking forward to having you in the country, even if we don't get a chance to meet up.Steve's programme 3 weeks out cuts out the really long runs and he does about 1.5 to 2 hours for his long runs, with a total of 70-80 kms.
Welcome home & have a great trip!
Mate!
Mate, is there any better word? So functional (and really good if you can't remember someone's name). And people say Australia has no culture!Have a safe trip, and good luck in Townsville!
Welcome to 'stralia Mate! The infinite complexity of dripping sauce is a joy to behold.Stay away from the snags, beer and beach babes until after the 'thon ;)
By the way, < is missing from in front of 'object' which causes a problem in Firefox.
Yeeha!!! See ya at Noosa then :)
Well, doesn't that make you feel proud to be Australian. Not.Enjoy the trip back home mate and have a great 'thon in Townsville.
All the best for the Marathon mate! See ya at Noosa.
