Yes, 12 weeks is plenty of time Scott. Just steer clear of the wife's burnt fish until after Boston. Keep the training updates coming. And don't get sick again. Wash your hands and don't touch your face after reading Playboy in the doctor's waiting room.
12 weeks should be enough considering you are not starting from scratch and have a fitness base already established. Minor setback! Looking forward to following your journey towards a PB.
