He lives! He speaks! He runs! He blogs!Good to hear from you again. Hope you're truly over your injury. You'll be able to come back - I've taken 2 or 3 months off in the past to heal injuries and was always able to work my way back. Going slowly, as you say, is the key.

I've missed that "how's it going" introduction.Bob's on the money with the gradual adaptation and progression advice. Adding to that I'm suggesting not racing your son over 1500m any time soon.
