If I measured my heart rate and didn't run when it was elevated, I would probably only be running about three days a week. Good thing I don't bother with it. Have a good race!
Yes Bob I know what you mean. Still my RHR was 53 to 58 BPM on a couple of mornings early in the week and it has been 39 BPM for the last two mornings after taking in a bit easier. Those early week readings were too high to warrant training for me I think.
