Thought you might like to know that while on my Saturday run in the rain and wind I glanced down to check my splits only to discover that resting in my cupped frozen hand were tiny hail stones!
Ha ha Mark! Yeah, take it easy Scott and ramp things up when the weather comes to you. Wattle's flowering down here and I'm finally running in T-shirt and shorts at lunchtime. Really hanging out for some warm weather! Especially for my 8am Parkruns - just can't get the old pegs moving when it's zero or below.
Yep, it's a challenge, that's for sure. Glad you're being sensible about it. I took an extra day off this week as well.
