I'm going good Scott (except for my running). Now you've put the pressure on young Mark ;). Excellent point about having a plan but running to feel and not being too torn up about hitting exact paces in sessions. Steve Magness had a tweet today showing Moses Mosop's training - two things that stood out for me were the general range of paces for the different sessions and what a small percentage of weekly running was at what could be defined as 'hard' paces or fast running - less than 10%. https://twitter.com/stevemagness/status/740277066046705664
