That's a great start Scott. Remember that during this phase Lydiard reckoned you should complete every run "pleasantly tired". Love that phrase. Would work well in the bedroom too but I digress. Good plan Scott. I'm a big fan of the slow and steady low HR build up - worked well for me with Hadd training and these days, MAF (Mark Allen plan). I'm liking the Jackie Howe singlet - reckon you should wear that at Kobe and dazzle the locals. P.S. sound levels were a bit low on that vid.
