Just noticed I said 2:35, 2:36 when I said the 10K time I was going for on Sunday. Seems like I was thinking about my marathon time! ;) Anyway of course I meant 35, 36 mins.
Happy New Year to you too Scott. All the best for Sunday. Out of curiosity, what shoes do you use in your long runs? And would you race in the same for a marathon?
Happy New Year old chap. Yes, as that wise man Bob said, don't overdo the racing. Pains that don't hurt with the adrenaline of racing can come back to bite.
I'll take an educated guess about your 10k time (even though I know you've finished, I haven't cheated) - 35:42

DeleteAll the best for a great year and hope you can continue with your downward time spiral. ;) The answer to you question above.
DeleteBest wishes for a good year. Three half marathons in one month? Be careful…...
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good 10k on Sunday Scott and all the best in 2014. Remember at our age, less is more, when it comes to speedwork.
ReplyDeleteWow you've got a really hectic race schedule in the next couple of months. That should keep you out of trouble for a while. Good luck with the 10k.
