You're pretty damn fit even this far out from the marathon. Back up what Robert Song said re pace at 126-128 HR. That's roughly 571 heart-beats per km so the old ticker is doing it pretty easy. I recall from Steve Way's blog (2:19 marathoner) him running 20k training runs at around 500 heart-beats per km, so your cardio fitness isn't far off that.
To get some perspective on that 10k run at HR 126, what is your Max HR?
