Arrived back in Japan last night, boy is it hot! Anyway going to settle in and catch up with some blog reading. Had a wonderful trip but as they say, there is no place like home. The photos are of me and the boys at my old Alma mater Sydney Uni and the city. Sydney must be one of the best cities in the world, I reckon ;)Below is a small clip of me finishing my last race in Lake Macquarie.

Hot? Yeah, it's a bit hot. Like the hottest summer on record since 1898. But you didn't miss out completely - there's still going to be another two weeks of it.
