On my never ending quest for self improvement I came across this clip. Definitely found this a help and I'm now looking to avoid all future "retard traps." I will try to think about any so called traps that us runners could try to avoid. Please also let me know if you can think of any.
Your penmanship is good. You use a very clear font.
#1 Just because you improved by 20 minutes in your first marathon, don't think you're going to make the Japanese Olympic team. However, the Isle of Mann Olympic team is another matter.
#2 If you're running the Tokyo marathon, don't do Retard Jones-style stretching exercises before the race.
#3 If you forgot to carbo-load before #2, don't do it 10 minutes before the start while sitting on the thunder box.

I don't know about your penmanship but your keyboardship looks good to me!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if there's any help for old retard runners....and I don't mean the things we wear on our feet!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Scott, for your support & comments after my Melbourne marathon attempt...gave me more cheer than I'd been having previously!
