Sounds like you're going well. People are saying I'm looking scrawny at 71kg (close to the weight I was in my 30s) - if I ever got to 66, let alone 56 I'd be in a hospital for sure. But I guess you're a short-arse compared to me ;-)Ewenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01093209634556111656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34739089.post-12195953466736730832015-03-23T17:42:07.931+09:002015-03-23T17:42:07.931+09:00On a Thursday I run 20k. As for the cold sore, I’ve never had one which probably means I’m not running fast enough.Running Raggedyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13024246151254432253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34739089.post-29856284301864824222015-03-23T02:19:53.644+09:002015-03-23T02:19:53.644+09:00Looking good Scott, except for the cold-sore. Certainly the hard downhill running should be good for Boston - the longer the better I reckon. All the best with the last 4 weeks of training and achieving your racing weight - it certainly will make a difference come race day.Grellanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07132757537248747078noreply@blogger.com
